In DeltaAfrik, employees are our most valuable asset, and nothing is more important than their health and safety as well as security. For us, Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) is extremely important, not only because it protects our employees, but productivity is increased when workers are happy, healthy and safe.
As a company, we do all that is necessary to maintain Zero harm to our people and assets by ensuring that our workplace is free of hazards thus, we create awareness programs to ensure that our people are clearly informed of the company’s policies and best practices in HSES. DeltaAfrik has achieved over 28,348,139 with 1 TRWCFR and 0.03 TRCFR as at August 2018.
